Pre-sale Planning: Our sales team possesses a tremendous body of product and industry knowledge. We are prepared to assist you in determining the correct appliance and installation required for your home or business. Beginning with the planning phase of your project we work with you to help facilitate the installation of your propane system small or large. Determining what appliances are to be fueled by propane now or in the future generally dictates which tank size best suits a project requirement.
We coordinate with the homeowner, sub-contractor, general contractor, building or landscape architect or engineer in order to properly spec tank sizes and placement, gas line sizing and materials, as well as selecting the appliance size, model or application that meets every aspect of the building codes. We handle the permit process. Jobs are estimated on a contract or time and material basis to ensure a proper and safe installation.

Post-sale Installation and Service: Our staff of experienced, licensed propane installers and service technicians will handle all aspects of tank and appliance installation and ongoing preventative annual maintenance of the appliances. Tank installation and burial (if required), gas line installation, final hookups, appliance service and any applicable maintenance plans. We maintain the latest tank and installation equipment suited for virtually any terrain. Our people possess an outstanding level of knowledge as it applies to the installation of, and proper operation of a safe propane distribution system. We continually school our employees in the latest technology, which enables us to perform the work with as little fanfare and wasted time as possible.

Our delivery personnel work very hard to ensure you have a dependable supply of fuel regardless of weather or market conditions. Our computerized delivery system programs a delivery schedule to suit your very specific fuel needs, to ensure reliable fuel supply in any type of weather and industry condition. - Our julian delivery system is designed for customers who use roughly the same level of energy regardless of season. Those deliveries can range from once a month to three times a week.
- The 'heating customers' delivery schedule is generally fixed to a degree day delivery schedule. The frequency of delivery is determined by the burn rate of the customers appliances keyed to outdoor temperatures. The colder the weather, the more frequent the delivery.
- Commercial customers may require more frequent deliveries around the holidays to handle increased business. Our fleet of delivery trucks are equipped with the latest computerized delivery meters installed on them.
We print a temperature corrected metered ticket with the date and time of delivery stamped on it so you can always be assured of the accuracy of the fuel delivery.
